		-The North Cape is not the northernmost point of continental Europe but close enough to draw many visitors. The drive over  
		the tundra from Honningsvag to the cape is already a treat in itself.
  
		-Nussfjord in the Lofoten is an old fishing village frequently  
		visited by passengers of cruiseships that call port at Leknes.
  
		-The small island of Grip, just of the coast of Krisiansund is a relaxed  
		gem.
  
		-After the massive 1904 fire the town of Alesund was completely rebuild in full Jugendstil fashion.
  
		-If you want to see  
		puffins, eagles and other birds, head for the little island Runde. 
  
		-Negotiating the imposing Trollstigen road requires stable  
		nerves but also provides the most stunning views.
  
		-The Geiranger fjord receives scores of visitors and for very good reason.
  
		-The Jostedal  
		Glacier is Europe's largest and you can see some of it's branches at Briksdal to the north and Bøyabreen in the south.
  
		-The  
		famous train from Flåm to Mirsdal leads through nice valleys and along snowcapped mountains.
  
		-Bergen is a thriving port but has  
		also conserved it's old dock called Bryggen.
  
		-In the capital Oslo you can see some well preserved Viking longships in the Vikingskipshuset
