Tourists that visit the city of Moscow may find it a bit difficult to choose from the many sightseeing opportunities.
Apart from
must-see-ums like Kremlin, Red Square, St Basil's Cathedral, Metro stations and museums, this vibrant megacity has much more on offer:

-Head for Sparrow Hills for a spectacular panorama of the city. Here you can take a cable car ride over the Moskva River to the Olympic complex.
-Take a stroll down lively Arbat Street with its life music, caricaturist, tourist shops and watering holes.
-Visit the
historic Novodevichy Convent, presently in a process of restoration.
- Marvel at the giant Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, rebuilt
in the 1990's after Stalin had destroyed the original version.
- Check out the world famous Bolshoi Theater or visit a performance.
-
Watch the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
-Shop at the GUM, the main upscale department store and mall of Moscow.
- Stroll along the Red Square after dark and enjoy the nicely illuminated streets and facades.
